the staff were friendly and helpful. i appreciate the clean room with a large shower. the bed was comfortable and bed linens were good. the breakfast room was beautiful with numerous options.

the hotel is on the main street and is quite noisy until late at night. the room faced the street.

the location was acceptable, being central to the citta alta.

accessing my room was a pain. i had to navigate several flights of stairs, which wasn't fun with luggage. the room was smaller then expected, and i found the limited breakfast choices repetitive, especially considering the room price.
